  • Live Chat: Look for the chat bubble. If we don’t respond immediately, assume we’re wrestling a blowout or a missing pacifier.

  • Carrier Pigeon: Not recommended. Our cat thinks they’re snacks.

Common questions we can answer while half-asleep:

  • “Where’s my order?” → Check your shipping email. Then check under the couch cushions. Then email us.

  • “Can I return a drool-soaked bib?” → Yes, see our Refund Policy (spoiler: we’re chill).

  • “Do you accept cookies?” → Only chocolate chip. And GDPR-style consent cookies.
