Shipping Policy

We know you’re waiting for that sleep sack like it’s a rescue helicopter in a hurricane. So here’s the deal:

Processing time:
1–2 business days. Unless we’re dealing with a daycare plague. Then maybe 3 days. (Your patience is worth a virtual fist bump.)

Shipping options:

• Standard (3–7 business days): For when you plan ahead (show-off).

• Expedited (2–3 business days): For when you remembered the baby shower is tomorrow.

• Overnight: For when your toddler painted the last changing pad cover with yogurt. We don’t judge.

Where we ship:
Currently shipping to most countries and regions worldwide (Greenland, Fiji, or those tiny islands in the middle of nowhere — we love you too, but shipping might make your wallet whimper).

Tracking:
You’ll get a tracking number. If it says “delivered” but you don’t see it, check:

• Your porch

• Your neighbor’s porch

• Under the pile of Amazon boxes

• The black hole where lost socks go

Missing or damaged?
Email us within 5 days. Include a photo of the carnage. We’ll make it right – probably with a freebie and a joke about how your baby has “aggressive testing methods.”
